FedEx Courier Position with Customer Focus

Join Fed Ex Canada as a Courier, providing exceptional pick-up and delivery services on assigned routes. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle packages efficiently.

As a Courier, you will be responsible for timely deliveries while ensuring compliance with Fed Ex’s operational standards. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and the physical capability to lift heavy packages safely. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages efficiently to customers on assigned routes

• Ensure conformance to Fed Ex service features

• Check shipments for compliance with regulations

• Provide outstanding customer service on delivery

• Maintain a good driving record and operate delivery vehicles safely

Requirements:

• Valid Class G driver's license required

• Minimum one year of customer-oriented experience preferred

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays
