Terminal Officer at Greater Airports

As a Terminal Officer, you will report to the Manager of Terminal Services, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency at Toronto Pearson Airport. You'll coordinate daily terminal activities, resolve operational issues, and work with various stakeholders to enhance the passenger experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily terminal operations for safe passenger flow

• Coordinate operational plans and queue management

• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders

• Regularly inspect terminal facilities for compliance

• Monitor key operational processes and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in airport or customer-facing roles

• Experience with stakeholders and service providers

• Strong multitasking and data analysis skills

• Post-secondary diploma in Aviation or related fields

• Ability to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance
