Air Maintenance Operations Controller

As an integral part of the Air Canada team, the Maintenance Operations Controller works directly with the Duty Manager. This position focuses on ensuring that all aircraft are maintained to regulatory standards while assisting flight crews and contracted organizations. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting and managing any operational irregularities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Air Canada's maintenance and technical standards
• Oversee regulatory aspects for Air Canada and passenger aircraft
• Coordinate maintenance at network stations
• Act as primary contact for all maintenance activities
• Update teams on operational restrictions affecting aircraft
Requirements:
• M2 or E Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license required
• Familiarity with regulatory programs, including Transport Canada
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts and extended hours
• Experience in external or internal management development
Drive excellence in maintenance operations and technical direction at Air Canada.
