Gatik seeks a detail-oriented logistics supervisor to manage our fleet of autonomous vehicles. This role requires an understanding of transportation regulations and operational protocols as you oversee driver onboarding and route optimization. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train drivers in line with company standards
• Monitor driver performance with ride-alongs and feedback
• Maintain safety compliance with Transport Canada regulations
• Manage fleet maintenance logistics and inspections
• Plan efficient routes to enhance delivery performance
Requirements:
• High school diploma required;
Bachelor's preferred
• At least 3 years in transportation or fleet operations
• Familiarity with Canadian transportation laws
• Proficient in fleet management systems
• Clean driving record and valid commercial license
