• Team Average: $33-$35/hour (base + profit share + credit card tips) and take-home junk treasures
• Performance Bonus: Our bonus is better known as “Profit Share” Meaning you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. What better way to ensure you are both paid well, but also based on the level of effort you have put into each job

• 4-Day Workweek (Full-Time)
• 40–50 hours/week

• Driving
  :
  Operate our branded 17–20 ft Isuzu NPR trucks to and from customer locations (G license required)
• Lifting & Loading
  :
  Safely remove and load items onto the truck (up to 50 lbs repeatedly)
• Customer Service
  :
  Deliver friendly, professional service with every job
• Sales & Quoting
  :
  Assess job sites and quote pricing using our training and rate sheets
• Recycling & Donation
  :
  Help divert items from landfills—donate and recycle what we can
• Time Management
  :
  Run your day like your own mini business

• Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record (last 3 years)
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting (50 lbs repeatedly)
• A positive, dependable, and goal-oriented attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
