You will be responsible for the safe transport and delivery of materials across local routes, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. The role requires solid experience in commercial driving and the ability to manage vehicle inspections and documentation effectively. Strong focus on customer service is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate lift gate truck for pickups and deliveries
• Safely load and transport scrap materials
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and manage maintenance
• Follow safety regulations for load securing
• Maintain an efficient route and schedule adherence
Requirements:
• Valid Z Driver’s License with clean record
• Preferred 3+ years of driving experience
• Experience with lift gate trucks is highly valued
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Familiarity with GTA routes and traffic regulations
