Flex Driver

Fed Ex is hiring a Flex Driver at 60 Valleybrook Drive, Don Mills, ON M3B 2S9. This is a part-time, casual position focused on the timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of packages to customers on assigned routes
• Review orders prior to delivery for accuracy
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Complete all mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training and recurrency training
• Operate in a PC/Windows environment using Fed Ex systems

Schedule: Flexible shifts. Monday to Friday start times: 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM, or 10:00 AM. Saturday start times: 7:15 AM or 8:50 AM. Weekend availability required.

Pay: $21.74/hour

Requirements:

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Valid full G licence / Class 5 driver's licence
• Ability to lift 70 lbs
• Minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• One (1) year customer-oriented business experience preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment
• Driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to application
• In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)
• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations an asset

High school diploma or educational equivalent; valid full G licence or Class 5 driver's licence; ability to lift 70 lbs; clean driving record with two or fewer violations in the past 24 months.
