The opportunity
As Captain, you’ll take the left seat in our XLS
56 fleet, delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused charter operations. You’ll be the standard-bearer for professionalism on every leg—balancing operational discipline with a service mindset that keeps our clients returning.
- Exercise Pilot-in-Command authority and perform all duties required on the assigned aircraft within the XLS
56 grouping. - Operate to the highest safety standards in accordance with company policies, Transport Canada requirements, and CARs.
- Follow Sunwest’s Safety Management System (SMS) and meet all safety accountabilities.
- Maintain exceptional situational awareness, decision-making, and crew resource management on every flight.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot or Deputy Chief Pilot.
- 24-hour call-out model: you remain on days off until required to report.
- Receive trip briefs at least 24 hours prior to planned departures.
