Drive bike operations as a Field Mobility Associate with Shift Transit in Toronto. Engage in a hybrid work environment while ensuring bike services run seamlessly.

We are looking for a Field Mobility Associate at Shift Transit to guarantee bikes are at the right places for users. You'll perform important tasks like vehicle inspections and docking station maintenance, working alongside the Field Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute thorough pre and post inspections on vehicles

• Utilize software for retrieving non-functional bicycles

• Evaluate and maintain cleanliness at bike stations

• Redistribute bikes with various vehicles based on demand

• Interact with dispatchers to optimize operational flow

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Class G driver's license

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• Familiar with Toronto's geography and driving routes

• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and repetitive tasks

• Must be tech-savvy to navigate through mobile software
