You will ensure that fleet deployment supports the published schedule, making adjustments as needed for planned and unplanned maintenance. By collaborating with the SOC Planning Unit, you will manage irregular operations and communicate vital information effectively. Problem-solving and timely decision-making will be essential skills in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor fleet assignments to ensure optimal scheduling
• Manage routing for scheduled airframe maintenance events
• Adjust schedules based on maintenance requirements
• Identify backup aircraft for seamless operations
• Facilitate communication on operational risks and changes
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Familiarity with fleet management and maintenance operations
• Strong leadership and initiative under pressure
• Flexible availability for 24-hour operational coverage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
