As Dispatch Supervisor, you will oversee all ramp and bagroom functions, ensuring safe and efficient aircraft and baggage handling for Unifi. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team allocations and daily ramp operations

• Monitor and track baggage handling and ground service equipment

• Coach and mentor staff for optimal performance

• Proactively identify issues and solutions in luggage logistics

• Communicate effectively with airline management for operational clarity

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent educational background

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid Driver’s License required for role

• Ability to obtain necessary safety clearances

• One year of relevant aviation industry experience preferred
