Flair Airlines is seeking a First Officer to join its Flight Operations team, focused on maintaining the safety and reliability of flights. This role encompasses key skills such as pre-flight preparation, in-flight management, and effective communication with operational teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed pre‑flight inspections of aircraft systems

• Assist the PIC during all flight phases under industry regulations

• Monitor weather and aircraft performance for safe operations

• Prepare and review flight plans and operational data

• Communicate essential updates to crew and passengers

Requirements:

• Valid Transport Canada ATPL or Commercial Pilot License

• Minimum of 1,000 hours total fixed-wing flight time

• Experience in a multi-crew, IFR environment

• Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations

• Familiarity with Boeing 737 operations is an asset
