This Senior Manager, Market Operations position owns end-to-end operations for an assigned market. You will serve as primary site lead, connecting local fleet performance with regional growth. Responsibilities span customer SLA delivery, facility logistics, workforce leadership, safety compliance, municipal relationships, and third-party operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up depots, customer hubs, and expansion routes
Evaluate route feasibility with regional partners and authorities
Optimize staging, schedules, fueling, and vehicle turnaround
Manage vendor SLAs and regional maintenance providers
Identify bottlenecks supporting sustainable route-volume growth
Requirements:
6–10+ years in logistics, fleets, depots, or autonomous transportation
Strong business acumen connecting execution, costs, and profitability
Experience negotiating vendor SLAs and enforcing supplier accountability
Knowledge of middle-mile or last-mile freight operations
Leadership presence with clients, officials, and local work forces
Drive Gatik market expansion by combining launch planning, vendor accountability, freight logistics, and measurable operational growth.
