Fed Ex seeks a P&D Operations Manager with business experience and transportation knowledge, requiring management membership or LEAP/EXCEL endorsement.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and four years of business experience. Transportation, logistics, or related service industry experience is preferred. Candidates need MS Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate within Fed Ex management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsement requirements
- Use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for business tasks
- Meet mandatory testing, training, and recurrence requirements
- Work varying shifts based on business needs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Four years of business experience
- Transportation or logistics experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages up to 150 pounds
