Deliver packages efficiently for Federal Express Canada as a Casual Courier using safe driving and strong customer service skills. Flexible shifts require at least four shifts monthly.
This Casual Courier role provides assigned-route pickup and delivery while representing Federal Express professionally. You will inspect shipments, confirm service requirements, and answer customer questions. The work includes route planning, computerized tracking, accurate paperwork, and package security.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick up and deliver packages on assigned routes
- Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, and service conformance
- Load vans, plan routes, and secure customer property
- Operate tracking and dispatch systems accurately
- Answer questions about Federal Express services and requirements
- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Full valid Class G driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to complete mandatory driver assessment training
