Schedule & CompensationSchedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $20 – $22 per hour
The Warehouse Associate is a material handler primarily responsible for manual case picking and order fulfillment. He or she will pick and package ordered products into inner packages or loose cartons, reconcile inbound items with packing lists, and address any discrepancies that arise.
Requirements and Qualifications- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills; ability to work in multiple applications at the same time (Excel, email, WMS)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse operation environment
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external customers
- Dependable
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods
- Ability to count and measure accurately
- CSA approved safety shoes (green label) are required
- Able to work overtime, as required
- Able to commute to Mississauga (Eglinton & Ridgeway)
- Primary responsibility is manual order fulfillment, including case picking, kitting, lumping, value‑added services, and e‑commerce order fulfillment
- Direct supervision required
- Perform visual quality checks for correct product, damage, proper quantity, and customer shipping requirements
- Meet deadlines
- Confirm specific customer packaging requirements are met to avoid supplier penalties
- Communicate all product defects or missing inventory to management
- Follow specific work instructions and pre‑established guidelines
- Safely and accurately complete daily work assignments in a timely manner
- Perform duties in a safe and productive manner
- Assist with physical inventories
- Work closely with shift management and leads to accomplish shift goals
- Report errors and/or issues to the appropriate member of leadership to ensure accuracy
- Participate in all training programs provided
- Perform other duties as assigned
