Position: 12-Month Contract Warehouse Administrator
Victaulic is looking for a Warehouse Operations Administrator on a 12-month contract in Brampton, ON. This role blends administrative and operational duties, well-suited for detail-focused professionals.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring all transactions are accurate. You'll coordinate outbound shipments, assist with invoicing, and help maintain the warehouse's operational flow. Strong communication skills are crucial for resolving issues alongside the Customer Care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization of incoming and outgoing orders

• Provide support for invoicing and documentation processes

• Coordinate outbound shipments by arranging trucks and deliveries

• Maintain systematic records and update internal systems

• Assist the warehouse team with various operational tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in administrative or warehouse roles

• High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced atmosphere

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
