Order Fulfillment Coordinator at Polaron

Polaron is seeking an Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management Specialist in Scarborough, ON. As an independent contractor, you'll streamline order processing and maintain accurate inventory for our renewable energy projects.
This role is crucial for our Operations team  will oversee the entire order fulfillment process and work closely with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries. Your organizational skills will help maintain inventory accuracy, contributing to our mission in sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the order fulfillment pipeline

• Ensure timely coordination with internal and external teams

• Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy

• Facilitate inventory transfers and shipments

• Document inventory activity and discrepancies
Requirements:

• Relevant experience in logistics or inventory management

• Strong skills in Excel and inventory software

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities

• Dependable and capable of working independently

• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
