Job Type: Part‑Time – Permanent
Work Location:
2900 Steeles Avenue West, Concord ON L4K 3S2.
Workdays:
Monday to Friday
Shift Duration: 11:30 PM to 4:30 AM (3‑5 hours per day)
Applicants must be able to work 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities and Duties- Accurately scan, weigh, and dimension packages using approved systems (e.g., NSDS, DWS, handheld scanners).
- Identify and correct billing discrepancies, including incorrect weights, dimensions, service levels, or missing data.
- Ensure packages are processed in compliance with UPS revenue recovery procedures and audit standards.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail to support revenue integrity.
- Communicate effectively.
- Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and valid scan targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and security procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (35 kg)
- Full availability to work Monday to Friday (all five days of the week)
- Ability to read labels
- Basic computer skills and ability to use scanning and dimensioning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles
- No warehouse experience required
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts
- $18.15 per hour (automatic progression as per the existing Union Collective Agreement).
- Unionized position with automatic progression as per the existing Union Collective Agreement.
- Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per semester (subject to eligibility, program approval, and satisfactory academic performance).

Working Conditions:
Monthly union dues (approximately $52/month) and a union initiation fee of $50 (will be deducted after completing 90 working days with UPS). - Exposed to hot/cold temperatures when working warehouse workplace and outdoors.
