End-to-End Warehouse Operations Manager

We seek an Operations Manager dedicated to overseeing the entire distribution process within our warehouse. With a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, you will lead a team, define performance metrics, and analyze operational trends. Your hands-on involvement is key, particularly in peak operational periods, to solve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all warehouse operations including picking and packing

• Lead team scheduling and set operational priorities

• Monitor and define critical KPIs for inventory and fulfillment

• Maintain inventory accuracy through strong controls

• Ensure compliance with safety and handling regulations

Requirements:

• 4+ years in warehouse or distribution leadership

• Proficient in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets

• Experience with logistics management systems

• Strong ability to provide constructive feedback

• Proven success in scaling operations in high-volume settings
