Position: Polytainers Warehouse Supervisor Role
Become a Warehouse Supervisor at Polytainers and oversee operations in Etobicoke, ON on a 7:30 pm to 7:30 am shift. Focus on safety, team engagement, and operational excellence daily.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you are in charge of driving performance across all operations on your shift. Your leadership will encompass mentoring team members, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and optimizing inventory control. The role requires a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety audits and compliance checks

• Own key performance metrics related to operations

• Ensure correct warehouse transaction execution in systems

• Manage staffing and develop team capabilities

• Foster a culture of accountability and improvement

Requirements:

• 5+ years in warehouse operations

• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

• Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems

• Background in food packaging or plastics is a plus

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and lead teams
