Yami, a growing e-commerce company, seeks a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to manage the new fulfillment center in Toronto. You will oversee daily operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety compliance and maintain a clean working environment

• Oversee all fulfillment center operations including logistics and inventory management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management

• 5-8+ years of management experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations

• Proven leadership of diverse, multi-shift teams

• Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems and continuous improvement tools

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
