As a pivotal team member, you will manage the Materials Management unit effectively. Focus on utilizing an automated inventory system and leveraging your experience in warehousing practices. You will engage in creating purchase requisitions, maintaining stock levels, and training warehouse staff to enhance operational functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer goods receipt and inventory records
• Manage purchase requisitions and order processes
• Train and direct warehouse staff as needed
• Oversee quality and quantity checks on materials
• Liaise with suppliers for order status and discrepancies
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in warehouse management
• Proficiency in automated inventory systems, preferably SAP
• Strong computer skills for data entry and reporting
• Valid Province of Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
Utilize your inventory control expertise to support Toronto Paramedic Services with operational excellence and compliance.
