Materials Management Assistant Paramedic Services

You will engage in creating purchase requisitions, maintaining stock levels, and training warehouse staff to enhance operational functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer goods receipt and inventory records

• Manage purchase requisitions and order processes

• Train and direct warehouse staff as needed

• Oversee quality and quantity checks on materials

• Liaise with suppliers for order status and discrepancies

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in warehouse management

• Proficiency in automated inventory systems, preferably SAP

• Strong computer skills for data entry and reporting

• Valid Province of Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
