Yami, a growing e-commerce company, seeks a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to manage the new fulfillment center in Toronto. You will oversee daily operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership to guide multiple teams and implement effective operational plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety compliance and maintain a clean working environment
• Oversee all fulfillment center operations including logistics and inventory management
• Manage budget planning and cost control initiatives
• Build and develop high-performing warehouse teams
• Collect and analyze KPIs to drive process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
• 5-8+ years of management experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations
• Proven leadership of diverse, multi-shift teams
• Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems and continuous improvement tools
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
