Double Deep Reach, Dockstocker and Walkie Operator in Freezer Environment – North York

Job Description:

Forklift Operator

Shift: Monday to Friday – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Freezer environment (-20 degrees)

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week

• Operate double deep reach, dockstocker & walkie to load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and storage areas
• Must have experience working in a freezer
• Transport materials to designated locations within the warehouse or production facility
• Stack and arrange products and materials in an organized manner
• Inspect forklifts before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance or repair needs
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet production goals

• Valid forklift operator certification/license
• Experience using RF scanners for order picking, inventory tracking, and stock management
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production setting
• Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and practices
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, and operating instructions
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
• Must be comfortable working in a freezer/cold storage environment as required.
