Warehouse Operator

EPI Fire Protection Inc. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for a full-time position at our main office in North York, 675 Garyray Drive. This position is essential for upholding EPI's commitment to delivering high-quality fire protection services through effective warehouse operations.

We are looking for someone who wants to take control of our warehouse and own every aspect of its operations, building the best and most efficient warehouse for the needs of all our stakeholders (technicians, purchasers, project managers, field supervisors, accounting, etc.); a warehouse that is able to scale with the company’s growth. If successful, there is immense room for growth.

This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, hours between 6:00am and 3:00pm (negotiable). The Warehouse Associate works closely with and reports to our Purchaser to efficiently maintain and manage inventory and orders, ensuring smooth operations as orders are processed in and out.

• Print Material Lists (outgoing Packing Slip)
• Pick Orders
• Pack Orders
• Handle receiving - file into Stock or onto Pickup Shelf
• Verify Packing Slips (OSD – tell Purchaser to initiate RMA)
• Perform Pickups at Suppliers
• Arrange shipments to job sites
• Update Tools Inventory
• Handle Tools Sign in/Sign Out
• Record Materials Inventory
• Report Low Inventory Levels
• Organize Warehouse to Balance Picking Efficiency and the Needs of all Stakeholders (holding areas, staging areas)

• Self-starter - looking for ways to constantly improve their area
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Good computer navigation skills
• Time management and organization skills
• Strong Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Driver's License
• Knowledge of Fire Alarm and Sprinkler parts is not required, but is considered a strong asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
