Part-Time Shipper​/Receiver; Seasonal - Afternoon

Overview

Location:

1425 The Queensway, Etobicoke, ON

Wage: $21.25/hour + shift premium on nights

Schedule:

• Shifts:
  
  Morning Shift (4am to 12pm) OR Afternoon Shift (12pm to 8pm) – must stick to one shift only
• Working days:
  Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Total hours: 24-32 hours/week

• Shipping and loading trailers.
• Order picking for various customers.
• Work as part of the service team to ensure accuracy, timeliness and product quality of customer orders.
• Receiving orders.
• Housekeeping duties, including sweeping and disposing of garbage.
• Complete visual inspection of trailers and incoming ingredients to ensure compliance when offloading.
• Inspect and receive all deliveries, ensuring all paperwork is correct and perform inventory counts.
• Complete all paperwork, including receiving logs and conduct food safety checks on trailers.

• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is an asset.
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.; no forklifts on-site.
• Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Work in a safe and conscientious manner.
• Dedicated to the health and safety of oneself and colleagues.

• Listen to understand the situation first, asking clarifying questions before responding.
