Senior Distribution Director

Overview

Senior Distribution Director – Milton, Ontario. Pay from $250,000 to $300,000 per year.

Location:

3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, ON L9T 8L1.

• Guide all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations encompassing inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and same-day shipping.
• Uphold high standards of accuracy, safety and performance in a well-structured, high-performing warehouse environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on management experience in 500,000+ square-foot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
