Yami is searching for a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to spearhead operations at its Toronto fulfillment center.

Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance measures, and managing cross-functional collaboration. You will lead teams to achieve operational goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of safety policies and training

• Oversee all fulfillment center functions including logistics

• Manage budgeting and cost control processes

• Develop high-performing teams across the warehouse

• Conduct performance management and training programs

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management

• 5-8+ years of relevant management experience required

• Exceptional leadership of multi-shift teams

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
