Position: Parts Clerk for Maintenance Operations

In this role, you will act as the inventory control point, receiving and issuing items within our maintenance shop while upholding Riverside’s core values. Maintain accurate inventory records using CMMS and support preventive maintenance programs by securing required parts. Your contributions will help streamline our operations as we aim for ambitious growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and issue parts in the maintenance area

• Manage inventory through computerized systems

• Execute cycle counts to ensure accuracy

• Create purchase orders for necessary supplies

• Collaborate on work orders with the maintenance planner

Requirements:

• High school diploma; relevant post-secondary education is advantageous

• 2+ years in inventory control or warehouse management

• Familiarity with CMMS systems preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
