Position: Xanadu Lab Inventory Control Expert
Drive innovation in inventory management as a Lab Inventory Control Expert at Xanadu in Toronto. This role combines MES development with asset tracking in a photonic hardware lab.

As a key member of the Inventory Control team, your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory management, ensuring compliance through periodic audits, and maintaining strict inventory policies. Your organizational excellence and experience with delicate equipment will be vital in supporting lab operations, including equipment setup and handling sensitive materials. We seek a self-motivated individual who can seamlessly manage multiple tasks and maintain meticulous records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Manufacturing Execution System (MES) development

• Conduct timely internal inventory audits

• Manage and track lab assets consistently

• Enforce inventory control policies

• Compile inventory reports for the finance department

Requirements:

• 1+ years of MES experience

• 2+ years in inventory control or related fields

• Proficient in MS Office Suite/GSuite

• Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
