Position: Amazon Fulfillment Seasonal Process Assistant
Join Amazon as a Seasonal Process Assistant in Scarborough, Ontario, where you'll play a key role in managing fulfillment area duties. This position involves supporting associate training and performance tracking.

Working under the Area Manager, you will assist with daily operations, allocate labor efficiently, and communicate effectively with suppliers. You'll ensure departmental compliance with safety protocols and participate in initiatives to maintain operational excellence, reporting directly on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading daily department meetings

• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers

• Track associates' attendance and workload

• Support associate training and SOP compliance

• Identify safety hazards and address immediately

Requirements:

• Good standing as an associate is required

• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime

• Preferred experience in managing teams or leading initiatives

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
