Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

• 1. Supervise Warehouse Staff:
  Lead and manage a team of warehouse employees, including warehouse workers, forklift operators, and other support staff.
• 2. Operational Management:
  Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• 3. Inventory Management:
  Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and investigate discrepancies.
• 4. Safety and Security:
  Ensure a safe working environment, enforcing safety procedures and regulations, and maintaining warehouse security.
• 5. Quality Control:
  Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products are stored and handled correctly.
• 6. Training and Development:
  Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff to improve performance and efficiency.
• 7. Reporting and Analysis:
  Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving activities, and staff performance.
• 8. Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

  Experience:
  
  2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  Skills:
  
  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team environment; proficiency in warehouse management software.

  Certifications:
  
  OSHA certification or equivalent; forklift certification a plus.
