We Want You to join Our Team!
For 40 years, Book Depot Inc. has worked with leading publishers to keep books moving at prices that make them more accessible, getting more books into more hands. Every day, our team plays a hands-on role sorting, stocking, picking and shipping product to our customers around the world to help connect them with the tools they need to grow, dream, and thrive.
As a Canada’s Best Managed Company with an award-winning Most Admired Corporate Culture, our team members work together in a fast-paced, innovative environment to push the limits of what’s possible and give remainder and overstock titles a second chance to be discovered and loved.
Guided by our core values, everything we do is rooted in one purpose – to get more books into more hands and more hearts:
WE NOT ME - Success means putting others first. We win when we lift each other up.
KICK SOME MOON DUST - We’re not afraid to go where no one has gone before. Innovation takes courage.
RIDE TOGETHER. WIN TOGETHER.
- We believe in team over ego. Together, we move further and faster.
WE EAT THE STINKY CHEESE - Curiosity fuels progress. We never stop learning or trying something new.
WAKE UP. BE AWESOME. REPEAT.
- A great attitude makes a great day. We bring our best, every day.
NO DONKEYS - Life’s too short to work with people who make things harder than they need to be.
