The Warehouse Operations Manager plans, organizes, and controls warehousing and plant Dispensary operations. • Lead warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, transportation, and material handling
• Manage inventory accuracy, replenishment, capacity, storage, and product freshness
• Oversee equipment reliability, maintenance programs, and continuous improvement
• Control budgets, costs, waste, variance, and productivity savings
• Maintain safety, quality, internal controls, audits, and legal compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in management, supply chain, or engineering
• Five years’ management experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
• Two years leading TPM or integrated lean six sigma teams
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and warehouse management programs
• Flexibility to lead a twenty-four-five organization
