Lead inbound receiving operations at S&S Activewear while monitoring accuracy, safety practices, equipment use, and employee progress in a warehouse.
The Inbound Team Lead supports receiving supervisors and managers while guiding department employees through daily action plans. This full-time, non-exempt position runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Responsibilities include receiving process support, productivity tracking, inventory retrieval, barcode scanning, and warehouse software use.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor receiving progress and process accuracy
- Provide guidance throughout receiving functions
- Lead employees and conduct kickoff meetings
- Perform safety walks and equipment inspections
- Maintain productivity requirements and retrieve inventory
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of supervisor experience preferred
- Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Ability to operate equipment and lift 50 pounds
Use receiving leadership, safety awareness, and warehouse systems knowledge to support accurate inbound operations at S&S Activewear.
