Lead warehouse operations at Apotex through SAP expertise, shift scheduling, and resource deployment supporting materials and products. Toronto-based pharmaceutical supply chain work drives reliable execution.
As a Logistics Supervisor, you will manage an assigned warehouse shift and location while supporting efficiency, cost reduction, and customer service. Your work spans GMPs, safety, logistics technology, and daily performance management. You will supervise Coordinators, Technicians, and Samplers while maintaining compliance with OHSA and internal SHE procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage shift schedules, attendance, overtime, and supply requirements
- Prioritize warehouse activities and respond to escalations
- Analyze productivity, delivery, and performance metrics
- Lead SAP modules, data integrity, and discrepancy reconciliation
- Approve investigations and corrective actions
- Diploma or degree in logistics or supply chain management
- Minimum five years of logistics or warehouse experience
- Leadership experience, ideally in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing
- Experience with SAP WM, SAP MM, or equivalent systems
- Knowledge of GMPs, safety, and logistics management
