Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant – BDO Digital
BDO Digital is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant to join our growing Dynamics 365 F&O Practice in Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams in support of client ERP implementations
- Perform a lead consultant role on larger projects where more than one consultant is engaged while providing mentorship and guidance to other consultants
- Analyze customer business needs and objectives and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas
- Streamline customer business processes to achieve greater ROI within the context of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations suite
- Provide training to client staff to perform day-to-day activities in support of ERP implementations

- Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, with strong expertise in the Finance functional area and relevant modules
- Full cycle ERP implementation experience and comprehensive understanding of ERP applications
- Knowledge of other functional areas such as Trade & Logistics, Sales or Talent/Human Resources (preferred)
- Dynamics 365 F&O/AX certifications relevant to business disciplines (preferred)
- Experience working and supporting with ISV’s such as SKG
- Extensive functional knowledge in finance (General Ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, multiple business management, multiple currency management)
- Knowledge of Budgeting, Project Budgeting and Project Accounting
- Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience
- Experience in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding of Financial System concepts and module functionality
- Self-motivated, articulate, and able to inspire audiences
The expected range of compensation for this role is $84,000-$128,000 annually.
