In this role, you will provide support to both on-site and remote teams, managing helpdesk requests efficiently. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong skills in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office, overseeing setups for new hires and maintaining documentation. You'll coordinate with various teams to implement new technologies and provide call center support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support employees with hardware and software issues
• Manage helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution
• Create accounts and set up systems for new staff
• Document technical processes and updates
• Maintain the printer server and manage printing resources
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of desktop support experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft domain tools
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies
• Team-oriented and capable of handling high-volume tasks
