AZ Driver - Long Haul

We are currently looking for experienced US AZ Drivers to work out for our location in Etobicoke, Ontario and are willing to haul to the East Coast.

Work Schedule:

Start either Thursday’s or Friday’s and are willing to be away from home for 5 days a week.

• Must have valid AZ driver License – mandatory
• 1 year of commercial Cross Border driving experience – mandatory
• Clean Drive Abstract and CVOR – mandatory
• Clear Criminal search – mandatory
• Fast Card – asset

• Fully Automatic New International trucks assigned from  and a fleet which is renewed every 3-4 years

$26.27 – $28.37 per hour

• Operate and drive tractors and move freight in a safe and responsible manner assigned by XTL Transport Inc., while in compliance with all laws and transportation regulations while maintaining a safe driving record.
• Maintain compliance with XTL Transport policies and procedures, while working safely.
• As an XTL Driver Ambassador, establish and maintain positive working relationships with the primary contacts at each account.
• Complete all necessary paperwork fully and accurately.
• In collaboration with the dispatch team, have the opportunity to drive dedicated routes.
• Keep an activities e-log and log hours efficiently.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
• Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions.
