What You’ll Do- Proactively generate new business through self-sourced leads, supported by company-generated call leads
- Quote and sell tailored Home and Auto insurance solutions based on each client’s unique needs
- Deliver exceptional service that builds trust and long-term client relationships
- Underwrite new policies with an eye for risk, pricing accuracy, and coverage alignment
- RIBO Licensed (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry or personal lines
- Proven sales ability with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to manage priorities independently
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems

CompensationThe compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, i.e., base salary plus commission. The expected base salary for this position is $45,, with commissions paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
