As a Senior Technical Product Manager (Sr. TPM), you will play a pivotal role in advancing Caseware’s Core Platform — the foundation for identity, data, API, and AI services across our product suite. You will define and drive complex platform initiatives, collaborating with engineering and architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and reusability across teams.
This is a high-impact role for a technically fluent product manager who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, systems architecture, and delivery execution.

This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work 3 days a week in our Toronto office, located at 351 King St E, Suite 1100, Toronto, ON.
- Define and Drive Platform Initiatives
- Lead product planning and roadmap definition for key platform services such as APIs, data pipelines, and integration frameworks.
- Translate high‑level platform vision into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Partner closely with engineering leads to co‑own backlog prioritization, technical trade‑offs, and delivery sequencing.
- Define success metrics and ensure initiatives deliver measurable improvements in platform performance and developer experience.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify platform gaps and design solutions that enable reuse and interoperability.
- Work with architecture teams to evolve Caseware’s platform standards and service models.
- Act as liaison between Core Platform and vertical product teams, ensuring consistent adoption and implementation of shared capabilities.
- Lead execution of multi‑sprint, cross‑team initiatives with clear milestones, risk management, and progress tracking.
- Maintain detailed documentation and partner enablement resources (e.g., API specs, integration guides).
- Monitor service performance and reliability metrics, driving continuous improvement.
- Support and mentor Product Managers within the team, providing feedback on requirements, stakeholder communication, and execution.
- Collaborate with the Principal Product Managers to evolve best practices, KPIs, and operating rhythms for the Core Platform team.
- Contribute to strategic planning and quarterly reviews with data‑driven recommendations.
- 5–8 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on technical or platform products in SaaS environments.
- Proven success leading delivery of API platforms, data infrastructure, or shared services supporting multiple product lines.
- Strong technical fluency — able to discuss architecture, trade‑offs, and system design with engineering teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving and prioritization skills; capable of simplifying complexity into clear product direction.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and documentation abilities.
- Experience defining KPIs and using data to measure platform health and adoption.
- Experience with event‑driven architecture, identity management, or AI/ML platform enablement.
- Background in developer experience or internal platform adoption.
- Prior hands‑on software engineering experience.
- Technical or engineering degree preferred.
- Experience working in fintech, assurance, or regulated SaaS industries.
- The annual base salary for this position is between $150,000 CAD and $160,000 CAD per year.
