Globally, thousands of professionals leverage their SaaS-based insights platform, while their consultative solutions guide the biggest brands, rights holders, and agencies through every step of their sponsorship journey.
We’re looking for a well-connected and experienced Director, Representation (open to Manager or Sr Manager levels as well) with a strong industry network. In this role, you’ll identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities across a range of properties, lead discovery conversations, negotiate terms, and drive deals through to close.

As Director, Representation, you will drive revenue growth by leveraging transparent, actionable data-driven to identify sponsorship opportunities across sport, music, entertainment, arts, cause, and venues, build relationships with those organizations, and effectively consult and/or represent them in-market.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Representation in a newly established division, you will help lead the growth of this offering within the business, including nailing the value proposition, how we show up in-market, and bringing it to life. By combining consultative selling with a deep understanding of sponsorship analytics, you will build trusted relationships with brands, agencies, and rights holders, helping them make informed, strategic decisions that optimize their brand partnerships and sponsor ships.
Keyresponsibilities
- Execute a sales strategy that uses transparent, actionable insights to demonstrate the value of sponsorship opportunities.
- Lead pillars of business, being the first line of communication with clients, updating them on sales progress and identifying strategy for them.
- Identify new business opportunities and communicate how our intelligence and analytics drive better decision-making and ROI for clients.
- Collaborate with insights and delivery teams to translate complex sponsorship data into compelling, results-oriented solutions for clients.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders by providing consultative, insight-led recommendations that address their strategic goals.
- Stay ahead of sponsorship market trends, using data to uncover new opportunities and develop client-focused strategies.
- Present clear, evidence-based sales proposals that demonstrate the impact of actionable insights on sponsorship outcomes.
- Become a leader in the industry, speaking at networking events and more.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales/new business facing role in sponsorship or strategic brand partnerships.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, particularly with senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity creation.
- A passion for sponsorship, consumer engagement, and using data to drive strategic decision-making.
