Tenant Liaison Officer – Plymouth

RGB Recruitment are currently seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer for a live commercial project in Plymouth.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is presentable, approachable, and confident dealing with tenants and site teams alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the main point of contact between tenants and the site team
Communicating works schedules, updates, and access requirements clearly and professionally
Providing excellent customer care and maintaining positive tenant relationships
Assisting site management with day-to-day duties
Willingness to get stuck in with general labouring tasks when required
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Presentable and professional manner
Computer literate (emails, basic documents, updates)
Happy to support site operations with labouring duties
Valid CSCS card (essential)
