Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. Join a purpose-driven programme supporting over 7,000 Royal Navy apprentices across the UK. You will play a key role in improving learner outcomes and career progression while helping shape and evolve a growing delivery model.

Contract:
Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, on a term‑time basis (44 weeks a year). Permanent opportunity.
Security Clearance: Eligible for UK SC level clearance.
Qualification: Complete the Level 3 Business Administration qualification over 13 months while receiving on‑the‑job learning and experience.
- Support the smooth running of apprentice administration, managing records and learner data.
- Process new starters and leavers, and maintain accurate systems and SharePoint updates.
- Assist with accreditations and support exam delivery as an invigilator.
- Work closely with internal teams, facilitators and external partners.
- Continuously improve processes, adapt to change and take ownership of learning.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, including health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Salary up to £25,155 per year pro rata.

- Minimum age 18 at the start of the apprenticeship.
- Not in full‑time education when the apprenticeship begins.
- Do not hold a qualification in a related subject at the same level or above.
- Provide proof of residence in England for the duration of the apprenticeship.
