• Delivering English and Maths Functional Skills to the Royal Navy, in classroom or field settings (including ships) or through 1‑2‑1 support.
• Monitoring, identifying and producing appropriate training documentation.
• Responsible for the Duty of Care of trainees under your control.
• Developing coaching and mentoring skills to support learners.
• Handling general administration tasks.

• Previous experience in an educational setting such as Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Higher Learning Teaching, SEN, Pupil Referral Unit Support or Tutor.
• Level 2 Key or Functional Skills in English and Maths, or an equivalent/above.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

• Salary up to £28,000.
