Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Nurse (Band
5) to join the Toressa Community Nursing Team. The role covers Torpoint, Saltash and surrounding areas with travel to patients’ homes, hospitals, and community sites. Shifts include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
You will work autonomously with ongoing clinical supervision, participate in CPD, and contribute to innovative community care delivery while supporting a flexible working approach.
