Overview
You will be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicle servicing and repairs are managed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and discuss servicing, maintenance, and repair requirements.
* Book vehicles into the workshop and arrange courtesy cars where needed.
* Liaise with technicians and workshop controllers on vehicle progress.
* Keep customers updated and obtain approval for additional work.
* Prepare job cards, estimates, and invoices.
* Explain completed work and associated charges.
* Upsell service plans, labour, parts, and other aftersales products.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
* Previous Service Advisor experience in a motor dealership.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Good administration and computer skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Experience with dealership management systems is advantageous.
