Join our client's renowned main dealership in Torquay, Devon, as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician. This is an exceptional Diagnostic Vehicle Technician opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a state-of-the-art environment, making a significant impact on vehicle maintenance and repair standards while delivering outstanding customer service. Benefits:- Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications
- OTE potential of approximately £48,000 uncapped with bonus incentives
- Flexible Monday to Friday working pattern, with Saturday mornings on a rotational basis

- Perform routine servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards
- Stay current with developments in automotive technology, including hybrid and electric vehicle systems
- Provide clear explanations of repair requirements and estimates to customers
- Uphold high standards of quality and safety in all work undertaken
- Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Relevant Vehicle Technician certification, such as Master Technician or Diagnostic certification, preferred but not essential
- Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems including hybrid, electric, and safety features
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Leadership qualities and willingness to support team development
- Valid UK driving licence
