Senior Business Analyst

We are currently supporting a client who is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme within a large-scale organisation operating in a highly regulated environment. You will play a key role in shaping requirements, improving business processes, and ensuring successful delivery across a range of integration and transformation projects.

• Proven experience working as a Senior Business Analyst within complex change, transformation, or enterprise-wide programmes.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Excellent business process mapping, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience delivering system integration projects
  , working across multiple platforms and applications to ensure seamless data flow and business process alignment.
• Experience with B2B integrations
  , including the exchange of data between suppliers, customers, and third-party partners via APIs, middleware, or other integration technologies.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered.

• Experience with in the Utilities sector

• Knowledge of Smart Metering programmes and technologies.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience working with Salesforce
  , including supporting business process improvements, system enhancements, integrations, or transformation programmes involving Salesforce platforms.
• Previous experience working across customer-facing digital transformation initiatives.
